Jeffrey P. McMullen

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. McMullen’s experience in the drug development industry spans more than 30 years. He spent 13 years with major contract research organizations as Vice President of Business Development and Director of Clinical Research, and 9 years at Sterling Drug in the clinical, regulatory, and drug metabolism areas. Mr. McMullen also has extensive international experience including Europe, Japan, South America, and Asia. Mr. McMullen is focused on the continued growth and global expansion of the organization.


Mike Ivers

Chief Operating Officer

Mike Ivers, Chief Operating Officer of PharmaNet/i3, actively participates in and leads day-to-day operations to enhance PharmaNet/i3's productivity and client service. In his previous role as Executive Vice President of inVentiv Health, Mr. Ivers played a lead role in driving the integration and growth of the company’s expanding Clinical segment. He also helped support the formulation and implementation of inVentiv’s overall global growth strategy. Mr. Ivers has more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and drug development industry. He served as Global President of Fisher BioPharma Services and later as Division President of ThermoFisher, where he successfully built the division into a $700 million industry leader. Previously, Mr. Ivers served at Covance as Vice President and General Manager overseeing the global clinical supplies business. He also held corporate roles at the company in the U.S. and Europe. Prior to Covance, Mr. Ivers worked for 18 years at SmithKline Beecham in a variety of management roles including finance, marketing, product development, strategic planning and operational management. Mr. Ivers originates from the U.K., where he initially started his career in finance, working in both private practice and industry after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant.


Stephen Kasay

Stephen Kasay

Chief Information Officer

Mr. Kasay has over twenty years of experience providing direction to information technology (IT) departments in global pharmaceutical companies and clinical research organizations. His accomplishments include the strategic assessment and consolidation of data, the successful implementation of software and infrastructure assets to enhance productivity, the establishment of global IT governance processes, and the development of relationships and communication practices with business partners to continually improve efficiencies and client service. In his role, Mr. Kasay has global responsibility for the Company’s corporate information technology function including strategy development and execution and optimization of the Company’s technology infrastructure, software and data assets.


Dalvir Gill

Dalvir Gill, PhD

President, Phase II-IV Development

Dr. Gill has more than 20 years of experience in international clinical research. In his current position, he has overall responsibility for PharmaNet/i3 Phase ll to lV services. Prior to PharmaNet/i3, Dr. Gill spent 9 years in various leadership roles at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer (RPR, now Sanofi Aventis) in the United States and Europe. During his tenure at RPR, he played a key role in the submission of a number of successful regulatory filings and also held positions in Process Improvement and Corporate Marketing.


Riaz Bandali

Riaz Bandali

President, Early Stage Development

Mr. Bandali has more than fifteen years of senior management, strategy development, acquisition and divestment, and operations leadership experience in the clinical research and life sciences industries. Before joining PharmaNet/i3, Mr. Bandali served as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development at AB Sciex and Molecular Devices. Mr. Bandali has also held various positions within MDS, including that of Vice President and General Manager of Global Early Stage Development. In his role at PharmaNet/i3, Mr. Bandali is responsible for the leadership of the company’s early stage clinical development business which includes Phase I clinics and bioanalytical laboratories.


 

Gregg Dearhammer

President, Strategic Resourcing

As the President of the PharmaNet/i3 Strategic Resourcing business unit, Gregg is responsible for full P&L of the business including sales, managing client relationships, overseeing operational execution and quality, and providing the direction and vision for the business.  The Strategic Resourcing business unit specializes in strategic partnerships, FSPs and staffing solutions for biopharmaceutical customers. An accomplished leader, Gregg brings 15 years of experience in senior management positions in the CRO industry. Prior to joining PharmaNet/i3, he was President of i3 Statprobe & Drug Safety, and prior to that, Vice President of Global Biometrics at a Top Ten CRO. Gregg is an active member of SCDM (Society for Clinical Data Management) and has chaired, developed, and spoken at various conference sessions. He is currently serving on the SCDM Board of Trustees.


Robert Reekie

Robert Reekie, FFPM

Chief Operating Officer, Phase II-IV Development

Dr. Reekie has more than 25 years of industry experience. In positions with Boots Pharmaceuticals, Knoll, DAR, and two major CROs, he provided medical support for commercial groups in both ethical pharmaceuticals and consumer medicines. At PharmaNet/i3, Dr. Reekie provides therapeutic expertise in cardiovascular medicine, rheumatology, depression, analgesia, hospital products, and consumer medicines, including those for dental care, ophthalmology, and cough/cold. In addition, he provides specialized expertise in the design and management of clinical development plans and protocols; and the logistics, feasibility, and implementation of European trials according to the EU Clinical Trial Directive.
